Rib Eye

1. Put salt in your court, enough, but not too much. 2. Add pepper and rub. 3. In a frying pan, heat the oil. 4. Once the oil is hot, add your meat and sauté for 20 seconds on each side. 5. Once it has a light crust, add the butter, rosemary, ginger in small pieces and the whole garlic cloves. 6. Bathe your meat with butter and spices, the pan must be very hot. 7. Leave it on the fire for about 5 minutes per side, look for the term that you like the most. 8. Take it off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it. 9.
