Grilled Sauced
Add flavour to meats with this fabulous grilled sauced!

Ingredients:
6 Whole deep red plum tomatoes
½ White onion chopped into 6 parts
5 serrano peppers to taste
2 teeth whole garlic
To taste salt and balck pepper
1 bit olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a grill we put to roast the tomatoes, chilies, garlic and onion. You can roast them in a comal and put protective aluminum foil on it.
2. Let the skin burn on all sides and you go around it. Garlic and chiles need about 3-5 minutes and onion 5. Tomato can take about 10-15.
3. Put the garlic, onion and chilies in a mortar preferably. And you grind it. If you don't have a mortar, you can blend everything, although the appearance and consistency may vary a bit.
4. Then you remove the tomatoes from the grill and also grind them in the mortar mixing everything.
5. Once everything is ground well add salt and pepper to taste, try it.
6. An additional step that you can do is to heat a little olive oil in a pan and put the mixture there for about 5 minutes over medium heat to give it more flavor and consistency.
